Google Adsense Alternatives - Banned from Google? Read thi

Are you one of the unlucky people, just like myself who has been banned from Adsense? Well do not fear, you are not alone, and there are many alternatives out there which will get you the income you deserve from your online developments, even if it is not coming from Adsense.

I will admit that Google Adsense is probably the best source of income for advertising. They provide advertisements that are very relevant to your websites content, and they pay a lot per click which a lot of other services do not seem to do.

However, there is one thing that Adsense fails to deliver well, and that is CPM. CPM is Cost Per Thousands Impressions and what that means is you get paid an amount everytime you gain this amount of impressions on advertisements. Over the months of using Adsense I hardly ever got paid for Impressions. I had 11,000 impressions one day and no clicks and did not earn a penny.

This is why I am now using Clicksor. They pay for views as well as clicks. To be honest, you get hardly anything for clicks, so I am really relying on the amount of page views my website is getting, and that is a nice way to be paid, espcially if you have a lot of backlinks around the web and people are accessing your site a lot.

So, let’s go through some of the alternatives for Adsense in a small list format.

1. Clicksor - This is probably your best alternative to using Google Adsense. I am using Clicksor on my blog at the moment. You can add pop ups and pop unders to your website, along with pre access adverts, which display full screen adverts before accessing your site. They also have inlinks which display adverts in relevant keywords, making them great for blogs and websites with articles etc on them. The payout is nice, and you get paid for pageviews as well as clicks, which can create some very nice income when using clicksor adverts on a number of sites that are popular and letting the impressions all add up to the thousands.

2. Chitika - Chitika is really something for the technology websites and blogs out there. Most of the advertisers on chitika will create technology based adverts, so this means that unless you have a niche blog that is aimed at technology and something within it such as the latest gadgets and so on, then it may not be such a good idea to use this advertising service, and use something like Clicksor instead.

3. YPN (Yahoo Publisher Network) - Perhaps if I was a US citizen and was able to use this service, it would be first on this list, but sadly I cannot use it, but from what I have heard, it is very good. It is very similar to Adsense, and apparently the payout is around the same, if not better in some cases of niches and so on. If you live in the US, I would suggest using Clicksor, and if not that, then definately go for this.

4. Bidvertiser - Bidvertiser is a very interesting PPC company. The adverts that are displayed seem to depend on how much people are willing to bid for your site. So the person who bids the highest will have their advert displayed. If you have a popular website which people are going to want to advertise on, then this is a perfect option for you, but if you have a normal site or blog and are just earning a small income, then I would recommend Clicksor rather than this.

5. Adbrite - Adbrite is quite similar to Bidvertiser, because you can buy space on peoples websites. The difference is, your not bidding on it, your just making the purchase. Adbrite is really something that helps you place advertising on your site. If you perhaps can not be bothered to do it yourself with an Advertise Here link, leading to an Advertise page of some sort, or you simply want to have more publicity, then this is a good solution for you. Perhaps you would like option 6 though:

6. Private Advertising - Private Advertising is becoming more and more popular on blogs and websites accross the web. It basically means you are selling your advertising space directly, usually using a PayPal Buy Now button, leading to a monthly or annual subscription, or in some cases a single payment for a lifetime advert on your blog or website. I personally am working on this myself, but I am seeing how Clicksor goes for now until I decide to take this into account. I enjoy using Clicksor, so I want to make sure I am making the right decision there before moving onto private advertising. Also as mentioned above, it can be hard to advertise your free space to potential buyers, and get the word out unless you have a reasonably popular blog that people are going to want to advertise on.

Not just Advertising is needed, you know?

Instead of Adverts being placed on your site after you have been banned from Adsense, you could leave them out completely and try a different approach; Affiliate Marketing.

You could have banners linking to products which you are attempting to sell, such as Clickbank items, and so on, or you could put a banner saying “Get your site reviewed” and then get some potential buyers of a review on your site via SponsoredReviews.Com or PayPerPost and so on.

There are many alternatives to Adsense out there. You just have to do the research and understand what exists out there on the web and what is fully available to you.
